º . Pérdida de Beneficios. El régimen de transición previsto en el artículo 3º del presente Decreto, dejará de aplicarse cuando las personas beneficiadas por el mismo, seleccionen el Régimen de Ahorro Individual con Solidaridad, caso en el cual se sujetarán a lo previsto para dicho régimen o cuando habiendo escogido este régimen, decidan cambiarse posteriormente al de Prima Media con Prestación Definida.
