º . El Comercializador de energía eléctrica que atienda una Zona o Comunidad de Difícil Gestión que sea beneficiaria del FOES, deberá diseñar y desarrollar un programa de capacitación a la comunidad en el cual le informe, entre otros, los siguientes temas: (i) Duración que tendrá el FOES; (ii) Las razones por las cuales se pueden perder los beneficios del FOES, y (iii) El monto de los beneficios a los cuales se hará acreedor cada uno de los usuarios ubicados en la Zona o Comunidad de Difícil Gestión.
