Adiciónase al Capítulo II del Título II Parte Tercera del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, el siguiente artículo:
Prohibición .
Cuando el sindicato o sindicatos agrupe más de la tercera parte de los trabajadores de una empresa, ésta no podrá suscribir pactos colectivos o prorrogar los que tenga vigentes.
