Se prohíbe á los empleados citar á las oficinas á sus amigos ú otras personas para tratar asuntos particulares; los extraños no deben permanecer dentro de la oficina sino el tiempo indispensable para obtener los datos ó documentos oficiales que soliciten, y siempre deben entrar en la oficina con la cabeza descubierta; cuando esto no suceda, los empleados, que son los primeros que deben dar ejemplo de respeto, los excitarán á ello cortésmente.
