Artículo quinto. Créase el puesto de Ingeniero encargado de los trabajos de construcción de la carretera Tenza-Garagoa, con sueldo mensual de cuatrocientos pesos ($ 400.00). Este Ingeniero dependerá del Ingeniero Jefe de la Zona de Carreteras Nacionales de Bogotá, para todo lo que se relacione con la dirección y administración de dicha vía.
