Para los efectos de que trata el artículo 68 de la Ley 49 de 1990, serán beneficiarios del Subsidio Familiar de Vivienda los hogares de las personas de que trata la citada norma, según el orden de prioridades allí establecido. El concepto de hogar será el expresado en el artículo 3º del Decreto número 599 de 1991.
