Se aclara la Ley 128 de 1941 en el sentido de que los municipios podrán continuar cobrando un gravamen equivalente al diez por ciento (10%) de lo que los contribuyentes deban pagar por concepto de impuesto predial y de impuesto de registro y anotación.
