Los servicios de orientación familiar, tendrán como objetivo informar y capacitar a las familias, así como entrenarlas para atender la estimulación de aquellos de sus miembros que adolezcan de algún tipo de discapacidad, con miras a lograr la normalización de su entorno familiar como uno de los elementos preponderantes de su formación integral.
