Deróganse los artículos 11, artículo 36, numeral 2º; artículo 37, numeral 2º; artículo 38, artículo 39, artículo 40 y artículo 50 de la Ley 182 de 1995 . En general se derogan y modifican las disposiciones legales y reglamentarias que sean contrarias a lo previsto en la presente ley. En las materias no reguladas por la presente ley se aplicará lo dispuesto en las Leyes 14 de 1991 y 182 de 1995.
