Determinación de inspección o levante. Efectuado y acreditado el pago a través del sistema informático aduanero, se procederá de manera inmediata a determinar una de las siguientes situaciones

a)

Autorizar el levante automático de la mercancía;

b)

La inspección documental o,

c)

La inspección física de la mercancía El levante deberá obtenerse dentro del término previsto en el artículo 115º del presente Decreto.
