° Siguiendo al saneamiento del presente Decreto, los Directores Generales de Instrucción Pública organizarán en sus respectivos Departamentos la Fiesta de que se trata, de tal suerte que hasta los lugares más apartados del país llegue el homenaje que la ley ha querido dedicar a la madre colombiana: Comuníquese y publíquese.
