Las apelaciones de los autos interlocutorios y las consultas y apelaciones de los sobreseimientos definitivos y de las cesaciones de procedimiento, se tramitarán, así: repartido el proceso se correrá traslado al fiscal por dos días para concepto de fondo y a las demás partes por el término común de tres días, en la Secretaría para que puedan presentar sus alegatos. El ponente dispondrá de cinco días más para elaborar el proyecto y la Sala de otros cinco para decidir.
