Las condiciones de los préstamos para vivienda popular urbana serán señaladas por la Junta Directiva del Instituto con sujeción a las disposiciones legales vigentes. Igualmente la adjudicación, venta y arrendamiento de las viviendas urbanas que construya directamente el Instituto se harán de acuerdo con los reglamentos que dicte la Junta Directiva en concordancia con los preceptos legales pertinentes.
