El Ministro, De Acuerdo Con Los Negocios Adscritos Al Ministerio Por El Articulo 1º Del Presente Decreto, Ajustará, Cuando Las Circunstancias Lo Exijan, Las Funciones Fijadas A Las Distintas Dependencias, Previo Concepto De La Comisión De Reforma Administrativa O De La Entadas Que La Reemplace O Sustituya

Articulo 51. El Ministro, de acuerdo con los negocios adscritos al Ministerio por el articulo 1º del presente Decreto, ajustará, cuando las circunstancias lo exijan, las funciones fijadas a las distintas dependencias, previo concepto de la Comisión de Reforma Administrativa o de la entadas que la reemplace o sustituya.

Parágrafo

Mientras se efectúan las traslaciones de apropiaciones inherentes a la nueva organización, autorizase al Ministerio de Gobierno para cubrir el valor de los sueldos, primas y demás gastos con cargo a las apropiaciones ya liquidadas sin ceñirse a las duodécimas partes de que tratan los Decretos 0164 y 2900 de 1950.
