Modifíquese el artículo 86 del Código del Procedimiento del Trabajo y de la Seguridad Social, el cual quedará así: Artículo

86. Sentencias susceptibles del recurso . A partir de la vigencia de la presente ley y sin perjuicio de los recursos ya interpuestos en ese momento, sólo serán susceptibles del recurso de casación los procesos cuya cuantía exceda de doscientos veinte (220) veces el salario mínimo legal mensual vigente.
