Inducción a la prostitución . El que con ánimo de lucrarse o para satisfacer los deseos de otro, induzcan al comercio carnal o a la prostitución a otra persona, estará sujeto a la pena de dos (2) a cuatro (4) años de prisión y multa equivalente a multiplicar por una cantidad de cincuenta (50) a quinientos (500) el valor del salario mínimo legal mensual vigente.
