Art. 18. Todas las piezas de convicción, como esqueletos de billetes, elementos de falsificación, ó otros semejantes, correspondientes a los sumarios y causas en curso, para averiguar y castigar estos delitos, serán entregados formalmente á las Comisarías Especiales, para que la acción de la justicia sea rápida y eficaz en estos juicios.
