Entiéndese por derechos deportivos de los jugadores o deportistas, la facultad exclusiva que tienen los Clubes Deportivos de registrar, inscribir o autorizar la actuación de un jugador cuya carta de transferencia le corresponde, conforme a las disposiciones de la federación respectiva. Ningún club profesional podrá transferir más de dos (2) jugadores o deportistas en préstamo a un mismo club, dentro de un mismo torneo.
