Artículo diez y siete . El Ministerio de la Economía Nacional impulsará y auxiliará la organización y desarrollo de cooperativas de producción y de consumo, y podrá celebrar con tales entidades o con empresas e individuos particulares contratos que permitan asegurar la compra de las cosechas o productos de otro género industrial a precios estables y remuneradores.
