Copia De La Presente Providencia, Una Vez Ejecutoriada, Se Remitirá Debidamente Autenticada Al Departamento Administrativo Del Servicio Civil, A La División De Registro Y Control De La Procuraduría General De La Nación Y Al Jefe De La División De Personal Del Ministerio De Obras Públicas Y Trasporte, Para Que Se Archive En La Hoja De Vida De La Sancionada Parágrafo

Articulo 2º Copia de la presente providencia, una vez ejecutoriada, se remitirá debidamente autenticada al departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil, a la División de Registro y Control de la Procuraduría General de la Nación y al Jefe de la División de Personal del Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Trasporte, para que se archive en la hoja de vida de la sancionada

Parágrafo

En firme el presente Decreto, remítase al Jefe de Personal del Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Transporte, el expediente disciplinario para su archivo
