Los terrenos adquiridos por el Gobierno, en cualquiera de las formas previstas por la Ley 107 de 1936 , serán parcelados de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en dicha Ley, quedando el gobierno para dedicar extensiones que no excedan de la mitad de la superficie destinada a la parcelación en cada caso, para efectuar ésta en parcelas no mayores de sesenta y cuatro (64) hectáreas.
