El número de funcionarios y empleados de cada Oficina de Registro, sus funciones, dependencia jerárquica, categoría y asignación, serán determinados por la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro, con la aprobación del Gobierno Nacional, a quien compete asimismo y con igual procedimiento, fijar la remuneración de los registradores y sus delegados en cada caso.
