Art. 1º . Desde el 1º de Mayo próximo los derechos de faro, muelle, tonelada, práctico, lastre y, en general, todos los derechos de puerto, serán pagados por los buques que lleguen á los puertos de la República, en moneda de oro del país de la procedencia del buque, ó en su equivalente en moneda colombiana.
