Carga peligrosa. Se prohibe el transporte conjunto de pasajeros y carga peligrosa. Se entiende por carga peligrosa aquella clasificada en la regla 2, capítulo VII del Convenio Solas 74/78 aprobado por Ley 8º de 1980, así como las prescritas en los anexos II y III del convenio Marpol 73/78 aprobado por Ley 12 de 1988.
