Rehabilitación del inhabilitado. El Juez decretará la rehabilitación del inhabilitado a solicitud de este o de su consejero, previas las evaluaciones técnicas sobre su comportamiento. Entre dos (2) solicitudes de rehabilitación deberán transcurrir cuando menos seis (6) meses. El fallido tendrá derecho a obtener su rehabilitación cuando haya satisfecho a los deudores que se hicieron presentes en el concurso.
