Artículo cuarto. La Dirección del Fondo Financiero Forestal estará a cargo de una Junta Directiva compuesta por el Ministro de Agricultura o su delegado, quien la presidirá, por los Gerentes del Banco de la República, Banco Popular, Banco Cafetero, Banco Ganadero, Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, por el Gerente del Instituto Nacional de los Recursos Naturales Renovables y del Ambiente, y por dos representantes del sector privado que serán designados por el Gobierno de ternas que le presenten las asociaciones de madereros y reforestadores con personería jurídica.
