Competencia para ordenar la elaboración de informativos. En caso de fallecimiento de Agentes en servicio activo o Agentes-alumnos, los Comandantes de Departamento de Policía, Directores de Escuela, Comandantes de Unidades Especiales y la Inspección General en los demás casos, dentro de las veinticuatro (24) horas siguientes a la ocurrencia del hecho, ordenarán levantar un informativo de carácter administrativo para prestaciones sociales, en orden a determinar las circunstancias de modo, tiempo y lugar en que ocurrió el hecho.
