Transferencia De Los Recursos Al Foes

Decreto 4978 de 2007 · por la cual se reglamenta el artículo 59 de la Ley 1151 de 2007 y se dictan otras disposiciones.

°. Transferencia de los recursos al FOES. El ASIC una vez calculado y recaudado las Rentas de Congestión conforme con lo previsto en el artículo anterior, las girará en forma mensual al Ministerio de Minas y Energía en su calidad de administrador del FOES.

Parágrafo

Los rendimientos que genere la administración de los recursos del FOES harán parte del mismo y se utilizarán para lograr el cumplimiento de su objeto.
