El Comandante de toda aeronave que parta de puerto extranjero con rumbo a Colombia, estará en la obligación de exigir a sus pasajeros la entrega de las cámaras fotográficas, las cuales hará sellar por el funcionario consular colombiano del puerto de partida. El comandante tomará bajo su cuidado y responsabilidad las cámaras y las entregará al Jefe del aeródromo de llegada, el cual, después de haber constatado el estado de los sellos, las entregará a los pasajeros.
