Cuando el deudor solicite la suspensión del remate por el término de tres años de que trata el artículo 2° o se acoja a la prórroga de un año, de que trata el artículo 15 de esta Ley, el Juez dispondrá que del dinero entregado o del producto líquido de los frutos civiles o naturales de los bienes embargados, entregue el secuestre al acreedor la parte necesaria para pagarle los intereses de la obligación, computados conforme, al artículo 1° de esta misma Ley.
