ARTICULO 3.6.1.8.- LIMITES A LA PARTICIPACION. Ninguno de los suscriptores de un fondo de inversión podrá ser titular de una participación superior al cinco por ciento (5%) del monto total de suscripciones. Cuando se sobrepase dicho límite por circunstancias ajenas a la voluntad del partícipe, éste deberá reajustar su participación en un plazo máximo de seis (6) meses. Cuando alguno de los suscriptores tuviere una participación superior a la establecida en el inciso anterior y no la reajustare dentro del plazo establecido en el mismo, el fondo de inversión procederá a liquidar y poner a su disposición el monto correspondiente a las unidades de inversión excedentes.
