Adiciónese un parágrafo transitorio al artículo 238 de la Ley 1819 de 2016, el cual quedará así:
El presente artículo continuará vigente hasta el 30 de junio de 2019 y aplicará únicamente para el desarrollo de proyectos que se hayan aprobado en el mecanismo de obras por impuestos hasta el 30 de junio de 2019.
