Podrán constituirse garantías mobiliarias sobre bienes inmuebles por adhesión o por destinación, si estos pueden separarse del inmueble sin que se produzca detrimento físico de este. Los bienes así gravados podrán ser desafectados al momento de la ejecución de la garantía.
