Articulo 3° El Juzgado Penal del Circuito de Cartago actual' mente existente tendrá desde la fecha indicada en el artículo 19 de este Decreto, la denominación de Juzgado Primero Penal del Circuito y deberá efectuar con el nuevo Juagado Penal el reparto de los negocios existentes.
