Desde la vigencia de la presente Ley los sueldos del personal permanente de las Secretarias del Senado y de la Cámara de Representante, determinados por el artículo 1.º de la Ley 19 de 1949 , quedarán aumentados en la siguiente forma: de $ 90 a $ 200, en un 40%; de $ 201 a $ 400, en un 30%; de $ 401 en adelante en un 25%.
