Modifíquese el inciso 2° del numeral 4 del artículo 34 del Decreto 4881 de 2008, el cual quedará así: Para el cálculo de los ingresos brutos operacionales se tomará el promedio aritmético de los dos años de mayor facturación que haya obtenido la firma o persona natural en los últimos cinco años incluyendo el de la inscripción; si el proponente acredita un período de actividad inferior a 24 meses se tomará el mayor ingreso obtenido en un período continuo de un año, o el ingreso obtenido durante todo el tiempo de actividad, cuando este sea inferior a un año.
