Los contratos que celebre la entidad con otras entidades públicas, nacionales, departamentales o municipales, no están sujetas a normas sobre licitación, garantías y cláusulas especiales previstas en disposiciones légales, y tan sólo deberán cumplirse los que exige la ley para contratación entre particulares. En todo caso se dispondrá su publicación en el Diario Oficial .
