Art. 29. En caso de que alguna embarcacion se fuere a pique con daño del cauce de las aguas o del puerto, o se vare causando estorbo a los demas buques, i sus dueños no tomaren medidas conducentes para evitar estos males, el respectivo Inspector de la navegacion dará aviso, sin demora, a la autoridad ejecutiva superior de la entidad político del lugar más inmediato que se encuentre, con el fin de que dicte las providencias necesarias para su estraccion, remocion o desguase, siendo los gastos que esta operacion ocasione, de cuenta de los dueños del buque o embarcacion.
