Devuelto el expediente por el Inspector de Islas y Playones o por el Agente del Ministerio Público, si hubiere oposición u oposiciones, el Alcalde debe ordenar su remisión al respectivo Juez para que las partes hagan valer sus derechos. Si la decisión judicial definitiva fuere favorable al solicitante del arrendamiento, devuelto el expediente a la Alcaldía, ésta lo remitirá al Ministerio de Agricultura y Comercio.
