La providencia que decida el proceso de responsabilidad fiscal se notificará en la forma y términos que establece el Código Contencioso Administrativo y contra ella proceden los recursos allí señalados, interpuestos y debidamente sustentadospor quienes tengan interés jurídico, ante los funcionarios competentes.
