En casos especiales podrá recibir indagatorias un funcionario comisionado, aunque no pertenezca a la organización de la Justicia Penal Militar. En estos casos, el comitente debe formar un interrogatorio para que lo haga el comisionado y debe autorizar a este para que capture al reo, si de la indagatoria resultare mérito y se lo remita.
