Article 14

Cada Depositante Tendrá Derecho A Un Voto Por Cada Unidad De Poder Adquisitivo Constante (Upac) Que Tenga En Cuenta De Ahorro El Treinta Y Uno (31) De Diciembre Inmediatamente Anterior A La Asamblea, Siempre Y Cuando La Respectiva Cuenta Haya Tenido Una Permanencia Inferior A Seis Meses Con Relación A Dicha Fecha

º. Cada depositante tendrá derecho a un voto por cada Unidad de poder adquisitivo constante (UPAC) que tenga en cuenta de ahorro el treinta y uno (31) de diciembre inmediatamente anterior a la Asamblea, siempre y cuando la respectiva cuenta haya tenido una permanencia inferior a seis meses con relación a dicha fecha. En todo caso, ningún depositante tendrá derecho a más de cien (100) votos cualquiera que sea el número de Unidades de Poder Adquisitivo Constante (UPAC) que posea.

Parágrafo

En las Asambleas solo tendrán derecho a voto las personas naturales que sean depositantes. Título III - De la Junta Directiva
