ARTICULO 251 . Contradicción . En los procesos de que conocen los jueces regionales durante la investigación previa no habrá controversia probatoria pero quien haya rendido versión preliminar y su defensor, podrán conocerlas. En la instrucción y juzgamiento los sujetos procesales podrán solicitar pruebas y controvertirlas.
