Para efectos de descongestionar los juzgados del respectivo distrito, los tribunales superiores, por determinación de la sala respectiva, seleccionarán y determinarán los procesos cuyas pruebas, incluso inspecciones, puedan ser practicadas mediante comisión conferida por el juez del conocimiento a jueces de igual o inferior categoría del lugar de su sede.
