A quien fuere condenado penalmente, y le fuere imputado el agravante descrito en el numeral 6 del artículo 110 de la Ley 599 de 2000 , se le brindará tratamiento integral contra el alcoholismo, según lo dispuesto en el Plan Obligatorio de Salud o el que haga sus veces.
El Gobierno Nacional reglamentará la materia.
