ARTICULO 5º Delos trabajadores Oficiales. De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el Artículo 3º del Decreto-ley 1651 de 1977, son trabajadores Oficiales las personas que dentro del instituto de Seguros Sociales desempeñen los siguientes Cargo: Aseadora, Auxiliar de lavandería y ropería, Auxiliar de Cocina, Auxiliar de Mantenimiento, Ayudante de Cocina, Ayudante de Mantenimiento, Celador, Cocinero Jefe, Conductor Mecánica, Conductor de Ambulancia, Jardinero y Portero.
