Articulo 1° Señalase el Departamento de Bolívar para la fundación e instalación de la estación experimental agropecuaria correspondiente a la zona cálida del país. Esta estación tendrá por principal objeto el estudio, selección y propagación de las razas nativas, y servirá de centro de experimentación científica y de práctica para los estudios que se hagan en los institutos de agronomía y de veterinaria.
