Art. 41. En caso de contradicción ante los Tribunales sobre si una nueva traducción o compendio es reproducción simulada de la anterior, con ligeras variantes, y sin el esfuerzo intelectual de donde mana el derecho, precederá a la decisión dictamen pericial.
