El servidor público que realice alguna de las conductas tipificadas en los artículos 144, 145 y 146 del Código Penal, incurrirá en prisión de cuatro (4) a doce (12) años y en multa de veinte (20) a ciento cincuenta (150) salarios mínimos legales mensuales.
