Las personas en situación de discapacidad que se encuentren laborando en talleres de trabajo protegido, no podrán ser remuneradas por debajo del 50% del salario mínimo legal vigente, excepto cuando el limitado se encuentre aún bajo terapia en cuyo caso no podrá ser remunerado por debajo del 75% del salario mínimo legal vigente.
